What moves the price
More floor and wall means more tiling, more materials and more days on site.
Keeping the toilet, basin and shower where they are costs less than moving the waste and supply pipes.
The suite, shower, taps and tiles you choose are often the biggest single part of the cost.
Full-height tiling and large format tiles take longer to lay than a half-tiled wall.
Old pipework, soft floors or uneven walls found during the strip-out can add work.
Bespoke vanity units and built-in storage are priced on what the room needs.
